Ingredients
- One defrosted puff pastry sheet
- 1 round of brie
- Raspberry preserves/jam
- Crackers (for serving)
Welcome to Sarah Kate’s! Today I want to share the easiest appetizer that is perfect for any party! This is easy to make and transport!
Start by preheating your oven to 375.
Place your brie round on top of your defrosted puff pastry sheet. Cover the top of the cheese with your raspberry jam/preserves. Take each corner of the puff pastry and fold on top towards the middle of the brie. Pinch the corners and top until secure. If the pastry is not sticking use a little water to help. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes! Enjoy!
Tip: If your puff pastry is not defrosted, put your oven on it’s lowest temperature and place the puff pastry on a pan in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until soft. Be careful not to over heat!
Tip: I use water crackers! I feel like they compliment the flavors best.
